SIDNEY — The Sidney First Church of the Nazarene will present “Return to Bethlehem,” a Live Nativity Drive-thru, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 12 and 13, from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

The church is located at 1899 Wapakoneta Ave., north of Russell Road. Visitors can enter from Interstate 75, exit 94, and go south.

The 19th annual presentation of the Christmas story features more than 100 members of the congregation dressed in biblical wardrobe. Church members have constructed nine scenes on the church property that depict the Christmas story, past and present. One of the highlights of the live Nativity are the live camels that appear with the Wise Men and King Herod. Donkeys, goats, cattle and reindeer also appear in other scenes.

The congregation invites the community to attend this event. It is fully narrated and will be a rewarding experience for the entire family, organizers said. “We encourage everyone to take a little time during the busy holiday season to relive the events that mark the true reason for the season.”
