To the editor:

A date and venue for a 40th Class reunion of the SHS Class of ‘78 has been set. It will be held at KB’s Tap House at 111 South Ohio Ave., in downtown Sidney, starting at 7 pm until midnight or so.

There is no charge for admission. Pizza will be provided from funds left over from the 35th reunion (until it is gone); cash bar. There will be TVs showing the Ohio State/Penn State game for Buckeye fans. There will be music and a good atmosphere for reconnecting.

Other events including, a section to sit together in at the Piqua/Sidney game at Sidney Memorial Stadium on Sept. 28, and a golf outing on Saturday, Sept. 29, are in the works. Please get the word out to any classmates you know as we always have some for whom we have no information. We will be posting on Facebook and putting something in the Sidney Daily News, but your word of mouth or social media help to get the word out will be appreciated.
