A very special husband to Pam, father to his sons, a brother in Christ, a man of deep seated values balanced with compassion and knowledge of the truth, Judge Gary Carter will elevate the position of Municipal court judge. Judge Carter has worked hard and earned his stripes to fill this position. I give him my vote.
