SIDNEY— Proud parents Stephany Holmes and Raymond Millet, of Sidney, were the first to welcome a baby at the Wilson Health Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center in 2021. Jacob Raymond Millet was born at 2:27 p.m., Jan. 1, 2021, weighing 6 pounds and 9 ounces.
To celebrate the birth of the first baby of 2021, the hospital presented the baby with numerous gifts from the Wilson Health gift shop and the Wilson Health Sweet Beginnings Lactation Boutique.
