New Choices showcases improvements

New Choices, Inc. houses women fleeing violence in their lives. The Donor Wall was painted by Elizabeth Pedler, of Troy. Improvements on the building include a new HVAC system which replaced a boiler and window air conditioners, all new pipes, and 105 windows were replaced with energy efficient windows.
