SIDNEY — NK Parts in Sidney has announced that Kenji Okamoto has been named its new presidet.
Okamoto, originally from Tokyo, Japan, now resides in Sidney. During his 35-year career with NK Parts, he has served as prsident of the company’s Mexico and Brazil divisions. He is a graduate of Nippon University, where he earned a degree in economics.
The new president has created a company slogan for NK Parts: Shinka. It means revolutionizing the business to support its customers.
Okamoto said he enjoys the Ohio landscape, especially the changing seasons.
His wife and children will continue to reside in Japan while he is on assignment here.
