TIPP CITY — Kristy Earick has been named the dministrator of SpringMeade Health Center in Tipp City.

SpringMeade, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is an affiliate of Premier Health. AdCare Health Systems, Inc. manages SpringMeade as well as Koester Pavilion in Troy.

Prior to joining the SpringMeade team, Earick worked as the administrator/executive director of Versailles Health Care Center for 16 years. Recently, Earick was chosen by the Ohio Health Care Association as the 2017 Administrator of the Year, an award presented to individuals showing unsurpassed dedication to the facility and its residents as well as the long-term care profession.
