SIDNEY — The Shelby County Commissioners have set June 16 at 11 a.m. for a viewing concerning a petition to vacate Loramie Township Road No. 1050.
A hearing on the matter has been scheduled for 10 a.m., June 23.
In other business during recent meetings, the commissioners:
• Entered into a professional services agreement, a software license agreement, and a software maintenance agreement with CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. and the city of Sidney for a court case management system to be used by the clerk of courts, common pleas courts, and municipal court.
• Appointed Robert Menz to a four-year term on the Tri-County Board of Recovery & Mental Health Services.
• Opened and took under advisement the one bid received for a Mack-Granite GU713 truck with Galbreath Above Frame Roll-off Unit for use by the Shelby County Recycling Center.
• Approved the vacation of Perry Township Road No. 1027 (Vine Street) as petitioned.
