THURSDAY
-1:55 p.m.: accident. Police are seeking information involving a traffic accident involving a tan car and a white station wagon in the area of Ohio Avenue south near South Street. -3:19 a.m.: physical control of vehicle. Cody A. Plainsted, 24, of Piqua, was arrested on a charge of physical control of vehicle while under the influence. Plainsted was allegedly sleeping behind the wheel of a car at Speedway, 1529 Michigan St.
WEDNESDAY
-7:59 p.m.: taking the identity of another. Lee E. Daniel, 2155 Westminster Court, reported someone used his credit card without his consent. The charge on the card was $549.99.
-3:30 p.m.: theft. Ronald E. Wilgus, 277 W. Pinehurst St., reported the theft of medication from his residence.
-2:02 p.m.: theft. Clarie M. Santos, 2745 Andrew Court, reported the theft of a portable basketball hoop with backboard and support. The item was valued at $200.
-10:44 a.m.: criminal damaging. The city of Sidney reported someone damaged a fence at 1300 Canal Feeder Trail.
-9:54 a.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Jeremy Douglas, 502 Second St., was arrested on five charges of failure to pay city taxes.
TUESDAY
-2:14 p.m.: theft. Danny S. Owen, 831 Taft St., reported the theft of money from his vehicle while it was parked at his residence.
Accident
Officers are investigating a hit-skip accident on Thursday, June 7, in the 1500 block of East Court Street.
An unknown vehicle allegedly struck a parked vehicle owned by Lucas R. Burton, 34, 1527 E. Court St., while it was parked in front of the residence. The vehicle sustained minor damage.
The unknown vehicle was a black pick-up truck which left the scene in an unknown direction.
Fire, rescue
THURSDAY
-3:36 a.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 1630 Ferguson to confirm a fire was out in a machine. The fire was out before their arrival.
WEDNESDAY
-5:27 to 7:58 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on three calls.
-5:22 p.m.: accident. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene of an accident at the 93 mile marker on Interstate 75.
-2:51 to 5:18 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on three calls.
