SIDNEY — Two roads in Shelby County will be closed to traffic for construction projects beginning Monday, June 22.

Brumbaugh Construction from Arcanum will begin the rehabilitation of a bridge on Thompson-Schiff Road on that date, according to County Engineer Bob Geuy. Thompson-Schiff Road will be closed to traffic between Oakridge Drive and Arrowhead Drive beginning on that date. The bridge project has an anticipated completion date of July 24.

On the same day, the Shelby County Highway Department will begin the replacement of a concrete bridge deck on Pasco-Montra Road. The road will be closed to traffic between Fort Loramie-Swanders and Meranda roads. The project will take about one month to complete.
