In Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Joseph A. Gervais, 27, 306 S. Wilkinson Ave., $375 and $128 costs, suspended his driver’s license six months, and sentenced him to 20 days in jail for driving under the influence (breath). He was given 15 days credit. Gervais also was fined $150 and sentenced to 30 days in jail for use of unauthorized license plates. Charges of driving under suspension and reasonable control were dismissed.
