SIDNEY — Angela Shaw and Keith Gibson, of Sidney, have announced the birth of a son, Gabriel Lee Allen Gibson, born June 28, 2015, at 8:05 a.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Memorial Hospital.

He weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his brother, Jonathon Shaw, 10.

His maternal grandparents are Robert Wheeler and Dee Grant. His paternal grandparents are Ruthann Thompson and Charles Lee Thompson.

His great-grandparents are Gloria Conn and Winfield Conn.

His mother is the former Angela Wheeler, of Troy.
