Sidney City Council

SIDNEY — Sidney City Council will meet Monday, July 13, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers. Council will consider the adoption of an ordinance to negotiate for electric light services for street lighting; introduce an ordinance amending the traffic control map; approve resolutions dealing with the realignment along Michigan/West Court streets on Ohio 47 and waiving the collection of real estate taxes and assessments affecting various parcels in the city. An executive session is also planned for negotiations with public employees, consider purchase of property for public purposes and to consider the appointment of a public official.

Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services

TROY — The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services will meet Wednesday, July 15, at 6:45 p.m. in the Marianne Helmlinger Board Room, 1100 Wayne St., Suite 4000, Troy. The meeting will include an executive session to conduct the executive director’s performance review.

New Bremen Board of Education

NEW BREMEN — The New Bremen Local School District Board of Education will meet in regular session, Wednesday, July 15, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.

The board will consider accepting donations, substitute and hourly pay rates, school fees, applying for grants, athletic ticket prices, lunch prices, student handbook revisions, board policy revisions and field trip requests.

Board of Health

SIDNEY — The July 15 Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health meeting has been canceled.

Anna Village Council

ANNA — Anna Village Council will meet Tuesday, July 14, at 7 p.m. in council chambers at the Anna Village Hall. Council will hold a third reading of a resolution placing an additional tax on the income rate on the Nov. 3 ballot. Reports from various village officials will be given.

Jackson Center Village Council

JACKSON CENTER — Jackson Center Village Council will meet Monday, July 13, at 7 p.m. in council chambers. Items on the agenda include an ordinance adjusting appropriations and discussion about children crossing Ohio 274 near East Street to get to school. Reports from various village officials will be given. An executive session will be held to discuss the purchasing or selling of real estate.

Fort Loramie Council

FORT LORAMIE — Fort Loramie Village Council will meet Monday, July 13, at 8 p.m. in council chambers. On the agenda includes ordinances dealing with the opt-out electric service aggregation and opt-out gas service aggregation and placing the question on the Nov. 3 ballot. They will also discuss what type of trees can be planted in the curb lawn. Various updates on projects will be given. Reports will also be given by village officials.
