-11:54 a.m.: burglary. Deputies are investigating the theft of tools from a residence at 5110 Tawawa-Maplewood Road in Perry Township.
-8:52 a.m.: larceny. Deputies are investigating the theft of a cooler from Country Concert.
-6:29 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies are investigating a report that someone crashed a truck into a field in the 8000 block of Friemering Road.
-3:33 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies are investigating a car/train accident at the railroad crossing at River Road in Orange Township. Houston Rescue and Lockington Fire Department were also dispatched to the scene.
-2:25 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of vandalism at Country Concert.
-2:24 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies are investigating a property damage accident at Country Concert. A golf cart was allegedly taken from a vendor and hit a camper.
-2 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of vandalism at Country Concert.
-1:56 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies are investigating a report of a stolen vehicle at Country Concert.
-1:49 a.m.: stolen vehicle. Deputies are investigating the theft of a truck from 2496 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road in Washington Township.
-12:44 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of vandalism to a golf cat at Country Concert.
Deputies also responded to three other calls at Country Concert.
SATURDAY
-11:52 p.m.: vandalism. Deputies responded to a report of vandalism at Port Jefferson and Russell roads.
-4:21 p.m.: larceny. Deputies are investigating a report of larceny at Country Concert.
-3:34 p.m.: larceny. Deputies are investigating the theft of a phone from County Concert.
-2:50 p.m.: larceny. Deputies are investigating the theft of a trailer hitch from County Concert.
-10:52 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 3304 Red Feather Road in Washington Township.
-2:37 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies are investigating a report of vandalism to a fence near the tunnel at Country Concert.
Deputies also responded to two calls at Country Concert.

SUNDAY
-9:57 a.m.: medical. New Bremen Rescue was dispatched to the 17000 block of Ohio 29 in Van Buren Township.
-1:33 a.m.: medical. Medical assistance was requested at Country Concert.
-12:55 a.m.: medical. Medical assistance was requested at Country Concert.
SATURDAY
-7:30 p.m.: fire. Fort Loramie Fire Department was dispatched to 63 Elm St., Fort Loramie, for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. All occupants were out of the house.
-7 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue was dispatched to the 500 block of West Main Street in Anna.
FRIDAY
-11:59 p.m.: medical. Medical assistance was requested at Country Concert.
-11:46 p.m.: medical. Medical assistance was requested at Country Concert.
-11:12 p.m.: medical. Perry-Port-Salem Rescue was dispatched to the 200 block of West Main Street in Salem Township. Port Jefferson Fire Department also responded.
