S&B stages revue

SIDNEY — Sock & Buskin Players will present “And the World Goes Round,” a revue of love songs, torch songs and witty comic numbers, Friday, July 31, at 8 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 1, at 2 p.m., in the Historic Sidney Theatre, 120 W. Poplar St.

The show has been directed by Liz Maxson and Maureen Joines. Tickets cost $5 and are available at the door.

The show comprises songs by Kander and Ebb, including “Mr. Cellophane,” “Maybe this Time,” “Cabaret,” “New York, New York,” “Arthur in the Afternoon,” and “All That Jazz.”

Cast members are Lauren Birkmeyer, Ella Egan, Kevin Frazier-Jones, Sara Gibson, Abbey Goins, Brittany Iriarte, Brookelyn Iriarte, Maureen Joines, Melody Joines, Jack Martin, Liz Maxson, Ashley Peterson, Christian Porath, Alex Rose, Shelley Rose, Laney Shaw, Annie Stemen, AJ Snyder, Sarah VanBrocklin and Victoria Wilver.
