THURSDAY

-6:06 p.m.: theft. Mark Allen, 521 Jefferson St., reported the theft of vehicle keys from 732 Broadway Ave.

-5:15 p.m.: contempt. Steven Holstein, 57, 202 N. Walnut Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-1:08 p.m.: theft. Navarat Haerunyaporn-Jacobs, of Tipp City, reported the theft of a bank card and cash from 410 S. Stolle Ave.

-11:43 a.m.: theft. Dean Beamont Jr., of Stryker, reported someone cut the catalytic converter off his car at 500 N. Vandemark Road.

-11:38 a.m.: theft. Christopher Withrow, 818 N. Main Ave., reported a black bag, hand tools and a green and black hand drill were taken from the front porch of 100 S. Wilkinson Ave.

-9:21 a.m.: criminal damaging. Aetna Integrated Service reported someone broke the back window out of the back camper shell overnight at 1959 W. Michigan St. About $250 in damage was reported.

-7:51 a.m.: lost property. Jacqueline Hicks, 441 Jefferson St., reported she lost her cellphone.

WEDNESDAY

-2:01 p.m.: assault. Abe Williamson, 627 N. West Ave., reported he was assaulted at 218 Stewart Drive. The police report listed the loss of teeth and apparent minor injuries.

-9:41 a.m.: theft. City Carryout reported the theft of wine, beer, and ice tea sometime around 9 p.m. on Sunday.

FRIDAY

-7:52 a.m. to 12:39 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

-7:43 a.m.: wires down. Crews responded to Ruth Street and Highland Avenue for wires down.

-2:14 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

-12:42 a.m.: cooking fire. Crews responded to the 2000 block of Collins Drive for a cooking fire. It was out on arrival.

THURSDAY

-9:44 p.m.: water leak. Crews responded to the 800 block of Ferree Place for a water leak.

-8:59 a.m. to 4:51 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
