Beef Industry update meeting to be held in Shelby County

MARYSVILLE — The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) will be hosting Beef Industry update meetings Aug. 19-20. OCA Allied Industry Council member, Multimin USA, is the title sponsor of the meetings. Their sponsorship will provide a complimentary beef dinner to all of the attendees at the meetings.

Shelby County Cattlemen’s Association is set to host the meeting on Aug. 19. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Newport Sportsman’s Club, 5801 Rangeline Road, Houston.

The Aug. 20 meeting will be hosted by the Athens, Meigs and Washington County Cattlemen’s Association.

Both meetings are open to all beef producers and will feature Dr. Robert Gentry, veterinarian and researcher with Multimin USA, as the speaker. He will be discussing how to enhance your herd’s performance with Multimin USA’s trace mineral program. Following Gentry, there will be an OCA membership and policy update.
