THURSDAY

-12:25 a.m.: criminal damaging. A passenger window and rear window in the auto of Lovina Wolaver, 630 N. Ohio Ave., were damaged at the residence. Loss was $600.

WEDNESDAY

-9:55 p.m.: assault. Jacqueline Hicks, 441 Jefferson St., reported someone assaulted her at her residence.

-9:02 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Allegra Jelks, 19, 2365 Collins Drive, Apt. D, on a warrant from Miami County.

-9 p.m.: warrant. Police served a summons to Robert R. Hull II, 31, 811 N. Miami Ave., for a code enforcement violation.

-8:47 p.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Timothy Meister, 56, of Lima, at Michigan Street and Sixth Avenue on a charge of driving under the influence.

-7:16 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A man reported his 14-year-old daughter has refused to come home.

-6:08 p.m.: theft. Ivana Reatermann, 406 S. Main Ave., reported someone is using her trash can without her permission.

-5:34 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Ted Sowards, 21, 213 Elizabeth Drive, Russia, on a contempt warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

-4:45 p.m.: possession of drugs and criminal tools, tampering with evidence. Police investigated an incident in the 900 block of South Main Avenue involving heroin capsules and a syringe in a vehicle. The investigation is continuing.

-4:18 p.m.: theft. Latika Matthews, 528 N. Miami Ave., reported her wallet was stolen from her purse at work at Applebee’s restaurant. The wallet was valued at $20 and contained several cards.

-11:30 a.m.: drug abuse. Police arrested Dusten Dye, 31, of Ludlow Falls, at exit 92 of Interstate 75 on a charge of drug abuse. He allegedly had marijuana blunt.

TUESDAY

-9:35 p.m.: criminal damaging. David Creasy, of Park City, Utah, reported the rear window of his rental vehicle was broken at 127 W. Poplar St. Loss was $300.

-5:35 p.m.: theft. Elissa Bell, 1614 Catalpa Place, reported her cell phone, valued at $650, was stolen from the 900 block of Port Jefferson Road.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-8:50 a.m.: Medics responded to a call.

WEDNESDAY

-8:32 p.m.: open burn. Firefighters were called to an open burn at 302 Enterprise Ave. The fire was not in compliance with the city ordinance.

-9:24 a.m. to 8:17 p.m.: Medics responded to four calls.

-6:31 p.m.: alarm. Firefighters were called to 2000 Schlater Drive by a fire alarm. It was an alarm malfunction.
