In Sidney Municipal Court Tuesday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Edmund A. Miller, 62, 2500 Bulle Road, $200 and $123 costs and sentenced him to 50 days in jail for attempted illegal manufacturing of drugs, amended from illegal manufacturing of drugs. He also was sentenced to 30 days of house arrest and ordered to receive counseling.

• J.P. King, 41, 1200 W. Russell Road, theft, $161 costs, 180 days jail (one day credit), restitution; driving under suspension, $150 fine and $136 costs, five days jail.

• Cody Lowe, 19, 10000 State Route 47 West, attempted theft (amended from receiving stolen property), $150 fine and $188 costs, 60 days jail, 80 hours community service.

• Clinton E. Cramer, 26, 648 N. Ohio Ave., prohibitions/companion animals, $250 fine and $132 costs, 180 days jail (30 days suspended), no pets.

• Lindsey N. Jones, 22, 301 Enterprise Ave., disorderly conduct, $150 fine and $111 costs.

• Justin R. Perry, 31, 212 S. Main Ave., Apt. 3, driving under the influence (breath, third offense), $850 fine and $201 costs, one-year license suspension, 360 days jail (14 days credit); driving under suspension, 180 days jail; driving under the influence (second offense in 20 years), dismissed; driving under suspension, $250 fine and $197 costs, 180 days jail; stopping after accident, one-year license suspension, 180 days jail; failure to control, dismissed, $10 costs; drug abuse, dismissed; obstructing official business, dismissed; starting/backing, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Wesley N. Spradlin, 30, 624 St. Marys Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $105 costs, 10 days jail.

• Michael T. Stotler, 25, 911 East Ave., driving under suspension, $250 fine and $136 costs, 20 days jail, 10 days house arrest.

• Thomas P. Hoelscher, 39, 508 1/2 S. West Ave., driving under suspension, dismissed, $111 costs.

• Tyler L. Wilson, 20, 302 New St., short-cutting across private property, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• David W. Diener Jr., 47, 1972 Fair Oaks Drive, speeding, $30 fine and $111 costs.

In Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Benjamin N. Hamilton, 34, 209 N. Pomeroy Ave., $100 and $10 costs and sentenced him to 25 days in jail for disorderly conduct. Ten days were suspended. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed, with $103 costs imposed.

• Kayla L. Barrett, 20, 1579 E. Court St., Apt. C, driving under the influence (breath), $375 fine, six-month license suspension, five days jail, Shelby County Intervention Program; driving under the influence, dismissed; turning at intersections, dismissed, $10 costs.

• Derrick M. Cornett, 23, 2760 Kristy Way, failure to reinstate license, $75 fine and $161 costs, License Intervention Program successful; seat belt, $30 fine.

• Gregory W. Paskiewics, 29, 729 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. G, driving within lanes, $25 fine and $111 costs.

• Tonia Strunk, 42, 329 S. Wilkinson Ave., expired license plates, $25 fine and $111 costs.
