He also was sentenced to 30 days of house arrest and ordered to receive counseling.

In Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Benjamin N. Hamilton, 34, 209 N. Pomeroy Ave., $100 and $10 costs and sentenced him to 25 days in jail for disorderly conduct. Ten days were suspended. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed, with $103 costs imposed.
