In Sidney Municipal Court Monday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Benjamin Keith, 25, 431 N. Miami Ave., $250 and $107 costs and sentenced him to 90 days in jail for driving under suspension. Forty-five days will be reconsidered if Keith pays the fine and costs in full by June 30.
