Sheriff’s log

FRIDAY

-2:17 p.m.: information call. Honda personnel called the Sheriff’s Office to say they fired an employee for bringing a loaded handgun on the property.

-1:40 p.m.: threats or harassment. Someone in the 8100 block of Lochard Road reported someone was threatening to come to their church and make a scene.

-10:36 a.m.: informational call. Houston High School held a lockdown drill.

THURSDAY

-3:54 p.m.: accident with injuries. Deputies responded to an accident with injuries at state Route 47 and state Route 66.

-3:42 p.m.: property-damage accident. Deputies responded to the railroad crossing on River Road on the report of a vehicle buried beside the railroad track and two juveniles standing outside the vehicle.

-2:36 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and police responded to the 12000 block of Short Drive.

-10:10 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the Honda plant.

THURSDAY

-11:24 p.m.: odor. Jackson Center fire and police responded to Café Veranda for an open door and odor of gas inside the building.
