-12:15 a.m.: robbery. Personnel at the Rainbow Bar and Grill reported the theft of $100.

MONDAY

-1:16 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported her 14-year-old son was being disobedient.

-6:35 a.m.: burglary. Jeremy Koehler, of Sidney, reported a burglary.

SUNDAY

-1:54 p.m.: theft. Personnel at Dollar General, 166 W. Court St., reported two three-packs of T-shirts, valued at $16.45, were stolen from the store.

-10:46 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A woman reported her child had not returned home.

SATURDAY

-11:38 p.m.: theft. Lisa Wilkins, 220 E. South St., Apt. A, reported the theft of a credit card from her residence.

-11:14 p.m.: assault. Chaela Williams, 811 Arrowhead Drive, reported she was assaulted at Buffalo Wild Wings.

-10:22 p.m.: burglary. James Hughes, 745 Buckeye Ave., reported that while he was away from home, someone entered through the front window. Nothing was stolen.

-2:42 a.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Matthew Grigsby, 35, 1111 Morris Ave., at 221 Pike St. on a charge of driving under the influence.

-12:46 a.m.: contempt. Police arrested Tyler M. Bruner, 22, 204 Lacey Ave., Anna, on a warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.

FRIDAY

-11:36 p.m.: criminal damaging. Curtis Oltman, 538 E. Hoewisher Road, reported the hood of his van was damaged at his residence. Loss was $500.

-10:08 p.m.: theft. Tonya Marray, 601 S. Main Ave., reported she left her wallet at the Fuel Stop, 125 W. Court St., and when she went back to get the wallet, it was missing. The wallet was valued at $20 and contained various cards.

-8:11 p.m.: theft. Zachary Luthman, 800 Doorley Road, reported $60 was stolen from his car at 1675 Campbell Road.

-3:54 p.m.: identity theft. Darrin Webb, 629 E. Parkwood St., reported his identity was stolen and used in Florida.

Accidents

Norma Dean, 81, 4319 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, was cited with failure to yield after an accident Friday at 12:44 p.m.

Dean told police she was attempting to turn left from westbound Michigan Street into the McDonalds restaurant lot and hit an eastbound auto. She said she didn’t see the auto because of traffic. The driver of the other car was Vicki Smith, 54, 434 W. Main St., Port Jefferson. Smith complained of neck pain. She drove herself to Wilson Memorial Hospital.

• Grace K. Echols, 85, 1628 Willow Place, was cited with failure to yield after an accident Friday at 5:39 p.m.

Echols was westbound on Russell Road and attempted to turn left onto Sixth Avenue. She turned into the path of an eastbound auto driven by Djibril Alassane, 56, 934 Buckeye Ave. Apt. 213. Alassane reportedly did not have his headlights on. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took both drivers and a passenger in the Alassane auto, Amada Ba, 50, 934 Buckeye Ave., to Wilson Memorial Hospital. They all had nonincapacitating injuries.

• Mohammad Shakeei, 45, of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, was cited with failure to control after an accident Friday at 8:37 p.m.

Shakeei, driving a semi rig, was turning left from St. Marys Avenue onto Park Street and hit a light pole with the trailer.

• Alejandro Perez-Reyes, 33, of Dayton, was cited with a marked lanes violation after an accident Saturday at 10:52 a.m.

Perez-Reyes was southbound in the right lane of North Ohio Avenue. He went into the left lane, forcing a car in that lane into a street sign near Washington Street. The other driver was Kyle Gray, 22, 9543 County Road 25A.

• Tammy Billing, 45, of Springfield, was cited with a traffic control device violation after an accident Saturday at 11:55 a.m.

Billing was westbound on Court Street and ran a red traffic light at West Avenue and hit a car that was northbound on West. The other driver was Michael Thomas, 62, 826 Crescent Drive.

• Rick D. Hartley, 24, 120 Piper St., was cited with driving under the influence after an accident Sunday at 1:37 a.m.

Hartley backed in a parking space at the Dawg Pound, 553 N. Vandemark Road, and hit a pedestrian, Robert C. Roderick, 26, 13490 Pasco-Montra Road, Maplewood, and a parked car driven by Tiffany McMahan, 42, 9848 K. Kuther Road. The Sidney Department of Fire & Emergency Services took Roderick to Wilson Memorial Hospital. He had nonincapacitating injuries.

-1:45 a.m. to 11:25 p.m.: Medics responded to nine calls.
