THURSDAY

-3:10 a.m.: warrant. Police arrested William Leroy Jr., 23, of Huber Heights, on a bench warrant.

-2:38 a.m.: driving under the influence. Police arrested Paul D. Vondenhuevel, 50, 5690 State Route 29 East, at 2551 Michigan St. on a charge of driving under the influence.

WEDNESDAY

-10:11 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Lemone E. Upkins, 47, 809 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. B, on a warrant.

-6:58 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Police arrested a man at 126 N. Ohio Ave. on charges of obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and open container of alcohol in public. The man was identified as “John Doe,” as his real identity apparently was not immediately known.

-3:32 p.m.: theft. Gale Kindle, 500 S. Wagner Ave., reported a lighthouse, hanging basket holder and mulch bags, valued at $65, were stolen from the residence.

-1:42 p.m.: theft. Ryan Axe, 9775 State Route 274, Anna, reported his tool bag and tools, valued at $500, were stolen from a vehicle at 570 Lester Ave.

-1:27 p.m.: theft. Chasity Harness, 1201 Hilltop Ave., Apt. F, reported the theft of her wallet at her residence.

-1:09 p.m.: probation violation. Police arrested Jose Durant, 38, 134 Mound St., on a probation violation.

-11:26 a.m.: endangering children. Police investigated a report of child endangering at a Sidney address. The victim had an apparent broken arm and bruises.

-10:34 a.m.: theft. Hannah Jones, 1491 E. Court St., Apt. F, reported keys, valued at $55, and $20 in change were stolen from her car at 551 Rauth St.

Accident

Kenneth Noble, 47, of Piqua, was cited with failure to yield the right of way and failure to stop after an accident following an accident Wednesday at 3:26 p.m.

Noble turned left (southbound) from a private drive onto Fourth Avenue, north of Michigan Street, and hit a car that was southbound on Fourth in the through lane. Noble then drove away from the accident scene. The driver of the other car was Daniel A. Corriveau, 56, of Auburn, Maine.
