TUESDAY
-7:46 p.m.: robbery. James Moses, 42, 1520 Spruce Ave., reported he was assaulted by three subjects and had his cell phone stolen.
-6:59 p.m.: theft. Jennifer West, 28, 614 Montrose St., reported someone had taken prescription medication from her medicine cabinet without her permission.
-6:42 p.m.: theft. Danyel Fahnestock, 32, 1309 Riverbend Blvd., reported someone stole a television, a Nintendo Wii, and various Wii games from her residence.
-9:30 a.m.: theft. Rachel Clark, 24, 613 N. Main Ave., reported someone had attempted to use her debit card.
-9:19 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Timothy Klingelhofer, 29, 222 Royan Ave., reported someone had taken his credit card numbers in the Sidney area.
MONDAY
-2:27 p.m.: misuse of credit card. Michael Corner, 40, 108 Canal St., Port Jefferson, reported someone had misused his credit card numbers.
SATURDAY
-2:27 p.m.: found property. A wallet belonging to Baily Creekmore, 18, was found and turned into police. It was placed into temporary evidence while attempts to contact were made.
Accidents
Sierra Hudgins, 26, 1752 Fair Oaks Drive, was cited for failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 5:37 p.m.
Hudgins was traveling westbound on Fair Oaks Drive in the 1600 block when she slid on ice as she was approaching a curve causing her to slide and strike a vehicle that was traveling in the other direction on the other side of the road.
The driver of the other vehicle was Joe Hiesterman, 54, 1812 Fair Oaks Drive.
• Richard Bryan, 73, 480 E. Mason Road, was cited for failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 9:31 a.m.
Bryan was traveling southbound on Miami Avenue at New Columbia Street when he failed to negotiate a curve and struck a vehicle traveling northbound at the same location.
The driver of the other vehicle was Nancy Martino, 77, 905 S. Main Ave.
• Johvon Jester, 34, 516 Addy Ave., was cited for failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 7:40 a.m.
Jester was traveling westbound on West Hoewisher Road and turning northbound onto Addy Avenue when they slid into a vehicle traveling southbound on Addy Avenue.
The driver of the other vehicle was Kylie Hopkins, 23, 608 Addy Ave.
• Lauren Heaton, 16, 2520 Wells Drive, was cited for failure to control after a one-vehicle accident on Tuesday at 7:22 a.m.
Heaton was traveling northbound on South Miami Avenue when she attempted to turn left and struck a street sign.

-7:19 a.m.: Crews responded to an accident with no injuries at West Mason Road and state Route 29.
