U.S. Military members carry the casket containing the body of U.S. Army Staff Sgt. David Thomas Bowie into Adams Funeral home Friday evening, Feb. 12. Bowie’s body was brought to Sidney after a 45-minute military ceremony at the Dayton International Airport. He was buried with full military honors at Graceland Cemetery Saturday, Feb. 13. Bowie died in a single-vehicle accident in Albuquerque, N.M. on Friday, Feb. 5. Ohio Patriot Guard motorcyclists escorted Bowie’s body to Sidney from the airport.
