Country club restaurant open to public

PIQUA — Piqua Country Club is opening its dining room doors to the public through March 31, offering a sneak peek into country club life and to demonstrate its service and fine cuisine.

The club’s menu features contemporary American fare, including mozzarella stuffed meatballs, Chesapeake crab cakes, fried goat cheese salad, lobster fettucine and prime New York Strip. There are also specialty burgers, loaded tavern fries and buffalo wings. There will be an all-you-can-eat prime rib night at $24 per person and a create-your-own pasta night at $15 per person during this six-week event. Brunch will be available every Sunday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Piqua Country Club’s Chef, Keith Taylor, is a former student of Master Chef Dieter Krug, a frequent guest chef on the TV show, “The Daily Buzz.”
