Compassionate Care of Shelby County Executive Director Traci Milanese, ties a bag filled with hats to the railing in front of Compassionate Care of Shelby County Tuesday, Feb. 16. Milanese decided to put scarves and hats out front for anyone who needed them no questions asked. Milanese got the idea when she saw that someone had done the same thing on the Adams Street bridge in Troy. Milanese said they don’t have any gloves to give away at the moment but she is expecting more donations. Anyone who wants to donate hats, gloves, sweatshirts or scarves can drop them off at Compassionate Care located at 124 North Ohio Avenue. A sign on the railing says “I am not lost. If you need me (scarf, gloves, sweatshirt or hat), please take me to help you stay warm. God Bless YOU!!!.” Luke Gronneberg | Sidney Daily News
