SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department will begin the replacement of two large concrete culverts on Patterson-Halpin Road on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, according to County Engineer Bob Geuy.

Patterson-Halpin Road will be closed to traffic between Russell and Cisco roads beginning on that date. The culvert replacements will take about six weeks to complete.
