TUESDAY

-4:41 p.m.: unruly juvenile. Police were called to a residence to investigate a juvenile problem.

-3:50 p.m.: contempt. Police arrested Kurtis K. Large, 19, 314 1/2 Forest St., on a warrant.

-2:30 p.m.: warrant. Police arrested Stephen Bensing, 31, of Celina, on a warrant from Auglaize County.

-11:34 a.m.: domestic violence. Police arrested Justin P. Depinet, 33, 514 Second Ave., on a charge of domestic violence. He allegedly assaulted Austin Depinet, 19, of the same address. The alleged victim had an apparent minor injury.

-10:35 a.m.: theft. A chainsaw, owned by Tree Care, of Troy, was stolen from Tawawa Park. It was valued at $550.

-9:34 a.m.: property found. A small drone aircraft was found in the parking lot at the Flanagan Sports Complex.

-7:27 a.m.: criminal damaging. Thomas Mertz, 212 Forest St., Apt. 4, reported someone damaged the rear window of his car at his residence. Loss was $500.

MONDAY

-8:52 p.m.: possession of drugs and criminal tools. Police responded to 219 S. West Ave. to investigate a drug overdose and collected evidence.

Accident

Lorrene M. Mitchell, 27, 5931 State Route 29 East, was cited with improper backing after an accident Tuesday at 4:57 p.m.

Mitchell was stopped in traffic in front of 111 N. Vandemark Road in the right lane. She wanted to get into the left lane, so she backed up. She did not see an auto behind her and hit it. The driver of the other auto was Tracy L. Nagel, 43, 441 N. Center St., Versailles.
