COLUMBUS – The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) will be conducting routine maintenance that will impact phone, email and internet services on Saturday, April 9.

All BWC computer services throughout the state, including phones, will be unavailable during this time. BWC’s website, bwc.ohio.gov, will not be accessible, nor will the automated phone service via 800-466-6292.

On the day of the shutdown, callers to all BWC phone lines will receive a busy signal. The website will display a static page of information explaining the outage and there will be no access to any of the sites’ functionality.

All systems will be up and running by the start of business on Monday, April 11.
