-10:08 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies responded to Barhorst Road at Mason Road for a property damage accient.
MONDAY
-4:36 p.m.: assault. Deputies responded to the 3000 block of state Route 66 on the report of an assault.
-3:48 p.m.: scam. Deputies investigated a possible scam in the 800 block of state Route 589.
-8:39 p.m.: suicide threat. Deputies responded to 1000 block of Kuther Road on the report of a suicidal male.
-9:15 a.m.: theft. Deputies responded to the 800 block of South Main Avenue on the report of a theft.
-9:08 a.m.: property damage accident. Deputies responded to Anna Schools for a property damage accident.

MONDAY
-7:54 p.m.: burglary. Fort Loramie Police responded to the 100 block of Scarlet Drive on the report of a burglary.
Accidents
Lane Wells, 16, 18755 Pence Road, was transported by Perry-Port-Salem to Wilson Hospital with possible injuries after an accident on Saturday at 8:50 a.m.
Wells was traveling southbound on Leatherwood Creek Road when he failed to negotiate a slight curve over a hill. The vehicle continued off road, sliding sideways, striking brush and rocks before striking a tree head-on and stopping.
• Darrell Nichols, 64, 1799 Riverside Drive, was transported by Anna Rescue to Wilson Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries, after an accident in Anna on Saturday at 7:14 a.m.
Van Wadsworth, 53, 1129 Morris Ave., was traveling eastbound on Main Street approaching the intersection of Pike Street, when he attempted to stop for the red light, but couldn’t, due to the icy road conditions.
Nichols was traveling southbound on Pile Street approaching the intersection with a green light, when he was struck by Wadsworth.

MONDAY
-4:12 p.m.: fire. Botkins Fire and Deputies responded to the railroad crossing on Lock Two Road for a train on fire.
-10:38 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 1000 block of Perin Road.
-2:24 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Jackson Center Police responded to Airstream.
SUNDAY
-8:34 p.m.: medical. Anna Rescue and Botkins Police responded to the Budget Host Inn.
