WEDNESDAY

-4:24 p.m.: theft. Susan Mitchell, 55, 2315 Collins Drive, Apt. C, reported someone she knows stole money from her home without permission.

-11:18 a.m.: possession of drugs. Franklin Lee, 59, 624 Park St., was arrested for possessing crack cocaine.

-10:11 a.m.: theft. Save A Lot on Michigan Street reported $400 was taken from the store.

TUESDAY

-10:54 p.m.: found property. Raeylnn Feasel, 35, reported finding a wallet, birth certificate and other miscellaneous cards in the parking lot of 1515 E. Court St.

-4:34 p.m.: burglary. Georgia Spears, 64, 402 E. Court St., reported someone stole money from her home.

MONDAY

-2:21 p.m.: fraud. Mama Roses on Fair Road reported an $8,000 loss from telecommunications fraud involving their computers between April 1–18, 2016.

Accident

Charles Leirer III, 28, 408 S. Ohio St., was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, open container, child endangering and was cited with assured clear distance ahead on Tuesday at 5:15 p.m.

Leirer was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when he struck a vehicle from behind that was stopped at a red light in front of him. Leirer says the accident happened as he looked back to activate his overhead lights. The impact from Leirer’s vehicle pushed the vehicle in front of him into a second vehicle also stopped at the red right.

Two minors were in Leirer’s vehicle.

Dustin Rush, 36, 1103 Nicklin Ave., Piqua, was the driver of the second vehicle involved in the first impact.

Pamela Adkins, 35, 807 Brooklyn Ave., was the driver of the third vehicle involved in the second impact.

-2:30 a.m.: fire. Crews, including Anna and Lockington Fire Departments and Rescue Squads, responded to a fire.

-9:19 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a report of open burning in the 100 block of East North Street.

-8:22 to 8:38 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

-8:06 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire alarm in the 2700 block of Michigan Street.

-5:13 to 7:56 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

-12:54 p.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a grass fire in the 700 block of South Kuther Road.

-8:15 a.m. to 12:03 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

-6:05 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call of a pedestrian involved in a vehicular accident in the 2300 block of Campbell Road.

-2:46 a.m.: medical. Port Jefferson Medics responded a call to in the 700 block of Fulton Street.

-12:46 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to a fire at 520 Arrowhead Drive. Assistance was given by Anna and Lockington Fire Departments and Port Jefferson Rescue.
