MONDAY

-10:44 a.m.: contempt. Andrew Turner, 33, 523 ½ N. Miami Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Derrick Cornett, 23, 720 Countryside Lane, Apt 4, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and drug paraphernalia after a search warrant was executed at his residence.

-1:23 a.m.: driving under the influence. Mathew Everett, 23, 618 E. Parkwood St., was arrested for OVI, refusal of breath with prior OVI and open liquor container. Chase Torres, 22, 6815 Jackson Road, was arrested on a probation violation.

SUNDAY

-4:22 p.m.: theft. Ginn Grain of North West Avenue reported the theft of two flower baskets from outside of the business. They were returned when Police located the suspects. An investigation continues.

-3:32 p.m.: contempt. Roger Egbert, 42, 450 Riverside Drive, and Sharon Harvey, 42, 5932 Hardin Wapak Road, were arrested on an active warrants.

-12:11 p.m.: theft. Romaine Roesser, 208 Forest St., reported $60 and a cell phone belonging to Dustin Russell, 26, 425 Miami Ave., was taken from her home.

-3:46 a.m.: driving under the influence. Justin Stewart, 25, 8410 Tawawa Maplewood Road, was arrested for OVI

SATURDAY

-10:18 p.m.: burglary. Zachary Case, 25, 507 Johnston Drive, reported people entering his home and taking his PlayStation 3, video games and a key chain.

-9:46 p.m.: theft. Shailyn Hensley, 27, 315 Wilson Ave., reported two pairs of shoes and her blue tablet were missing from her home.

-5:51 p.m.: assault. Jacqueline Shaffer, 32, 512 Plum Ridge Trail, was arrested for assault.

-4:32 p.m.: theft. Brian Alexander, 39, 438 N. Miami Ave., reported someone took his lawnmower from his home between 12 a.m. and 4:32 p.m.

-4:14 p.m.: violate protection order. David Slife, 29, 425 N. Miami Ave., was arrested for violating a protection order.

-11:05 a.m.: assault. Jessica Ludwig, 22, 1577 E. Court St., was arrested for assault.

-10:12 a.m.: found property. Tiffany Burton, 1442 Garfield Ave., reported finding a silver Murray and silver Road Master bicycle at her residence. They were placed as evidence at the Police Department

-12:28 a.m.: found property. A blue bicycle was reported found at 234 Court St., and was placed in the Police Department’s garage.

FRIDAY

-10:48 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of Hunter Braun, 22, 3366 Patterson Halpin Road, on her missing purse which she forgot at Taco Bell on Michigan Street.

-10:35 p.m.: theft. Farmstand Pizza and Ice Cream on North Main Avenue reported an employee stole $120 from the business.

-8:32 p.m.: contempt. Gary Fogle Jr, 20, of Piqua, was arrested on an active warrant.

-8:54 p.m.: assault. Police responded to 812 Park St., on a report of a fight between Jesse Goings, 27, 812 Park St., and Ulysee Robinson Jr, 50, 329 Maple St., in which both incurred minor injuries.

-5:58 p.m.: warrant. Aprille Grile, 34, of Troy, was arrested on a warrant.

-3:42 p.m.: theft. Brittany Price, 29, 515 Park St., reported her MP3 player and CDs were taken out of her unlocked vehicle.

-12:11 p.m.: contempt. Aaron Livingston, 20, of Celina, was arrested on a warrant.

-11:44 a.m.: warrant. James Richardson III, 27, 228 Grove St., was arrested on a felony warrant.

WEDNESDAY

-6:20 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police are investigating a report of rocks thrown and damage caused to the hood of the vehicle belonging to April Sharp, 31, 317 Park St.

Accidents

Jeremy Turner, 37, of Conover, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Monday at 8:26 a.m.

Turner was traveling westbound in the 300 block of East Court Street when he went left of center causing the driver side mirror of his car hit the driver side mirror of another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle was Dannie Stephens, 55, of Pemberton.

• Anthony Kieffer, 44, 213 E. North St., was cited with starting and backing vehicles after and accident on Sunday at 2:39 p.m.

Kieffer was parked facing eastbound at 211 E. North St. in front of another occupied vehicle that was also parked at the location. Kieffer backed up and struck the front of the other vehicle causing minor damages to both vehicles.

The driver of the other vehicle was Hui Chen, 44, 113 S. Ohio Ave.

• Justin Stewart, 25, of Maplewood, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Sunday at 3:46 a.m.

Stewart was traveling eastbound on East North Street approaching Brooklyn Avenue when he struck the curb with his passenger tires causing both tires to blow and damage the passenger side fender.

• Laura Flaute, 22, 1124 Evergreen Drive, was cited with improper backing on Saturday at 8:05 p.m.

Flaute backed out of the private drive of 1452 Langdon Drive and struck another vehicle that was parked facing eastbound.

The owner of the other vehicle is Joan Hiestand, of Ansonia.

• Amber Gillum, 32, of Marysville, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Saturday at 7:03 p.m.

Gillum was traveling south on Fourth Avenue and was attempting to turn left on to Campbell Road headed eastbound when she left Campbell Road to the right and struck a fire hydrant. The fire hydrant was damaged and spilling water.

• Matthew Nartker, 25, of Troy, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Friday at 7:39 a.m.

Nartker was northbound on the 90 mile-marker exit ramp of Interstate 75 and failed to stop in time hitting the back of the stopped vehicle in front of him causing damages to both vehicles.

The driver of the other vehicle was Melissa Merrit, 41, of Brookville.

TUESDAY

-12:56 to 1:20 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to two calls.

MONDAY

-1:37 to 10 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

-12:46 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to the 2400 block of Industrial Drive on an accident with injuries.

-10:56 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to call.

-9:55 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

SUNDAY

-1:04 to 11:21 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.

-9:44 a.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to Wilson Heath on Michigan Street to confirm a false fire alarm.

-9:33 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

-9 a.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to the 2400 block of St. Mary’s Road for a vehicle fire.
