THURSDAY

-5:41 a.m.: found property. A black and blue Pogo stick was found on the roadway of St. Marys Avenue and West Russell Road and was placed into the storage garage of the police department.

WEDNESDAY

-8:01 p.m.: contempt. Nathan Pullins, 22, Fletcher, was arrested on a warrant.

-4:27 p.m.: found property. A silver IPhone was found at 225 W. South St. was turned into the police department.

-4:10 p.m.: theft. James Bryant, 90, 225 W. South St., reported someone entered his vehicle overnight and stole his handicap mirror-hangar.

-8:37 a.m.: passing bad checks. Knights Towing on South Stolle Drive reported a bad check had been given to the business.

TUESDAY

-10:36 a.m.: theft. Bailey Creekmore, 18, 225 Forest St., reported someone entered her unlocked vehicle at her residence and removed a wallet containing a Kohl’s card.

Accidents

Daye Davis, 23, 19050 Deweese Road, was cited for right-a-way turning left after an accident on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m.

Davis was traveling eastbound on state Route 29 and as she was attempting to turn left into the private drive of U.S. Bank on state Route 29 was struck on the left side her vehicle because she failed to see another vehicle traveling eastbound on state Route 29 when she turned.

The driver of the other vehicle was Michael Hockett, 58, Springfield.

• Lisa Hughes, 51, Port Jefferson, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Wednesday at 2:42 p.m.

Hughes was traveling westbound in the 200 block of East North Street when she hit the rear of another vehicle that was stopped in traffic in front of her in at a red light.

The driver of the other vehicle was Lee Ann Slife, 33, 16580 Sidney Plattsville Road.

-4:10 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to the 100 block West Poplar Street on a fire alarm.
