THURSDAY

-12:10 a.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 16477 Sharp Road in Salem Township on a report that the barn’s alarm system was heard shutting off which can only be shut off by a pass-code.

WEDNESDAY

-8:24 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to Houston High School on a report that someone was shot with a BB gun.

-5:54 p.m.: property damage accident. Botkins Police were dispatched to the 100 block of South Mill Street on the report that a semitrailer took a pole out.

Accidents

Laura Moses, 32, 4662 Hardin Wapakoneta Road, was cited with failure to yield at stop or yield after an accident on Tuesday at 4:03 p.m.

Moses was stopped facing northbound on Kuther Road and as she attempted to cross over Fort Loramie Swanders Road she was struck by another vehicle traveling westbound on Fort Loramie Swanders Road because she failed to yield. The other vehicle struck Moses on the front right side of the vehicle.

Moses was taken by Anna Rescue to Wilson Health. She said that she has automobile insurance but was unable to show proof.

The driver of the other vehicle was Maurice Bornhorst, 45, Fort Loramie.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-10:21 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 18000 block of state Route 65 in Jackson Township.

-5:46 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Maplewood Fire Department responded to the 21000 block of Peach Street in Salem Township.

-5:46 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 11000 block of Pasco Montra Road in Salem Township.

-2:36 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue, Lockington Fire Department and Deputies responded to the 8000 block of Fessler Buxton Road in Washington Township on the report of a crash with injuries.
