SIDNEY — The Shelby County 4-H Advisory Committee is seeking nominations for the Shelby County 4-H Hall of Fame.

The objective is to recognize outstanding contributors, both past and present, to the Shelby County 4-H program. The individuals or businesses must have demonstrated success in their professional lives and have significantly given to Shelby County 4-H through volunteering, sponsorship and other forms of support.

Each year, up to three awards may be given, and it is the highest honor bestowed upon an individual or business by the Shelby County 4-H Advisory Committee.

All nominations are due to the Ohio State University Extension Shelby County, 810 Fair Road, Sidney, OH 45365, by July 1. Forms are available at the extension office or online at www.shelby.osu.edu.

The Hall of Fame induction ceremonies will be during the king and queen contest at the Shelby County Fair.
