TUESDAY

-12:53 p.m.: suspicious person. Deputies were dispatched to East Shelby Road and Lock Two Road in Van Buren Township on the report of two suspicious females walking and they appeared to be handcuffed.

-11:27 a.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 15226 County Road 25A in Dinsmore Township on the report of a theft.

-12:15 a.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 4091 Hardin Wapakoneta Road in Washington Township on the report of someone opening the front door to the house.

MONDAY

-5:55 p.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 10945 Commanche Drive in Washington Township on the report that someone stole items from the residence.

-3:28 p.m.: forgery. Deputies were dispatched to 9342 Pasco Montra Road in Salem Township on the report of forgery of bad checks.

-3:23 p.m.: investigative complaint. Deputies were dispatched to 5880 State Route 29, Unit 35, on the report of someone shooting in the park area.

-10:34 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 7663 State Route 47 in Cynthian Township on the report of vandalism to the property.

-8:55 a.m.: vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to 3535 River Road in Orange Township on the report of vandalism to the outside.

-7:45 a.m.: theft. Deputies were dispatched to 5424 Smith Road in Loramie Township on the report of a theft.

SUNDAY

-9:41 p.m.: found property. Deputies reported finding a licence plate.

-6:10 p.m.: assault. Deputies were dispatched to state Route 364 and state Route 705 in McLean Township on the report of an assault.

SATURDAY

-11:11 a.m.: criminal mischief. Dennis C. Cook, 3403 Chicksaw Court, Sidney, reported someone toilet papered his front yard overnight.

-3:33 a.m.: unruly juvenile offenses. Deputies charged a 16-year-old girl after she ran away from home and being with an adult male her mother told her not to have contact with.

FRIDAY

-7:52 p.m.: theft without consent. Darrin Crim, 6674 Palestine St., Pemberton, reported someone took his walled between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, and 10 a.m. Thursday, June 9, from his residence. The wallet contained $550 cash and various forms of identifications.

TUESDAY

-11:56 a.m.: theft. Fort Loramie Police were dispatched to 33 N. Main St. in McLean Township on the report someone broke into the pop machine.

SUNDAY

-5:04 p.m.: property damage accident. Fort Loramie Police were dispatched to 33 Elm St. on the report of a property damage accident.

Accidents

FRIDAY

Daniel Goubeaux, 61, Minster, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Friday at 1:02 p.m.

Goubeaux was traveling southbound on Galley Road and went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole

THURSDAY

Mitchel McMaken, 23, Russia, was cited for failure to yield at stop or yield after an accident on Thursday at 10:45 p.m.

McMaken was traveling southbound on Kuther Road and after coming to a stop pulled out into the path of another vehicle traveling westbound on Mason Road causing a collision.

The other vehicle did not have a stop sign and had the right of way. Upon collision it went off the left side of the road and rolled onto it’s top. McMaken said he proceeded through the intersection because he thought it was a four-way stop.

The driver of the other vehicle was Oziel Godinez Galvan, 26, 2325 Collins Drive, Apt. G, who was cited for speeding after witnesses saw him passing two vehicles and exceeding the speed limit just pri0r to the accident.

• No one was cited after an accident on Thursday at 5:30p.m.

Homer Griffis, 80, Piqua, was traveling northbound on Miami Conservancy Road and was stopped at the intersection of Hathaway Road to make a left turn when he was struck in the rear by Joseph Swabb, 48, Piqua.

Swabb was traveling northbound behind Griffis and said he took his eyes off of the road for a split second and did not see the vehicle stopped in front of him causing him to hit the vehicle.

Griffis complained of neck pain and his passenger complained of foot pain. Both refused treatment at the scene.

TUESDAY

-10:39 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 12000 block of state Route 362 in McLean Township.

-9:36 a.m.: medical. Anna Rescue responded to the 600 block of Jackson Street in Jackson Township.

-1:54 a.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue responded to the 4000 block of Fort Loramie Swanders Road in McLean Township.

MONDAY

-6:09 p.m.: medical. Fort Loramie Rescue and Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Mason Road in Cynthian Township.

-9:05 a.m.: medical. Houston Rescue and Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Jason Way in Washington Township.

-4:51 a.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue and Port Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 17000 block of state Route 47 in Salem Township.

SUNDAY

-7:19 p.m.: medical. Perry Port Salem Rescue responded to the 300 block of Frazier Guy Road in Green Township.

-6:50 p.m.: medical. Houston Rescue responded to the 3000 block of Chief Tarkee Court in Washington Township.
