COLUMBUS — Amy Danielle Bensman and Nicholas Brian Kappler, both of Columbus, have announced their engagement and plans to marry July 9, 2016, in the St. Remy Church in Russia.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Karen and Daniel Bensman, of Russia. She graduated from Russia High School in 2008 and from the Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2012. She is employed by Sudden Impact Marketing as an account manager.

Her fiance is the son of Melinda Kappler, of Columbus, and Brian Kappler, of Wheeling, West Virginia. He is a 2007 graduate of Westerville North High School and a 2011 graduate of Marshall University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree. He is employed by Jonas Fitness Inc. as a sales representative.
