WEDNESDAY

-11:05 p.m.: contempt. Zachary Long, 25, Piqua, was arrested on an active warrant out of the Sidney Municipal Court.

-6:12 p.m.: found property. A white, pink and blue Huffy bicycle was found and turned in to the police department.

-12:39 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jaqueline Lawson, 60, 630 Foraker Ave., reported someone damaged the driver’s side bed of her Chevy truck overnight at her residence.

-9:45 a.m.: theft. Timothy Leach, 60, 109 Wilkinson Ave., reported his 10-speed Concorde men’s bicycle was stolen from his residence.

-8:19 a.m.: burglary. Rebecca Martin, 55, 2630 Kuther Road, reported a bathroom vanity, drills, saws and many other tools were stolen from 127 Wilkinson Ave.

TUESDAY

-6:21 p.m.: criminal damaging. A juvenile was arrested for damage to Brown Park’s shelter for ripping off the shingles.

-9:02 p.m.: driving under the influence. Terry Phillips, 62, 18333 Herring Road, was arrested for OVI.

Accidents

Diana Berger, 78, 485 Heather Way, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Tuesday at 9:19 p.m.

Berger was traveling westbound on West Parkwood Street when she struck the mailbox of 226 W. Parkwood St. then continued west and struck the rear of another vehicle sitting in front of 302 W. Parkwood St.

The owner of the other vehicle is Norman Bush, 302 W. Parkwood St.

Fire, rescue

THURSDAY

-9:08 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

-8:09 a.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 800 S. Kuther Road on a false fire alarm.

-7:32 a.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 911 Vandemark Road on a false fire alarm.

WEDNESDAY

-11:39 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

-10 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 911 Vandemark Road on the report of a general fire alarm. No problem was found and the alarm had reset itself.

-9:07 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 433 E. Court St. on the report of a fire under the bridge. The fire was extinguished.

-10:08 a.m. to 5:59 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.
