Parkinson support group

The Parkinson Support Group of Auglaize County will be holding their monthly support group on Monday, June 20, at 2 p.m., in conference room 1 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.

Stroke support group

Joint Township District Memorial Hospital offers a Stroke/Brain Injury Support Group. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 21, at 10 a.m. in conference room 3 of the Hospital.

This group is to help patients, families, and caregivers understand multiple components of strokes/brain injuries. The topic for this month will be Medication Review, and speaker Sara Martin, JTDMH Pharmacist. Please bring your medication list with you.

Diabetic support class offered

The Diabetic Support Group will meet on Monday, June 27, at 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1 at the Hospital. The morning class will be held on Tuesday, June 28, at 10 a.m.

The program for June will welcome Dr. Ellen Hunter & Dr. Peg Meiring of Family Audiology Associates to discuss the effects of diabetes on hearing, along with options for treatment.
