In Sidney Municipal Court June 14, 2016, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Earl Bell II, 24, 1212 Rees Drive, $375 for DUI breath first offense, amended from DUI alcohol drugs first offense. He was also ordered to spend eight days in jail, pay $97 in costs, complete probation, alcohol monitoring and counseling. His license was also suspended for six months. A refusal with prior DUI charge was dismissed, along with a failure to reinstate license charge, a seat belt charge and a speed charge.
Bell also appeared for another indicent where he was charged DUI alcohol drugs first offense. For that one he was fined $600, ordered to spend 10 days in jail, complete probation, alcohol monitoring, counseling, and 20 hours of community service. His license was also suspended for a year. For a DUS/restrictions charge he was fined $150. For a speeding charge he was fined $20 and $10 in costs.
And for another incident of DUS/restrictions amended from failure to reinstate license he was fined $150 and ordered to pay $105 in costs. For a seat belt violation he was ordered to pay a $30 fine.
