THURSDAY

-3:14 a.m.: warrant. William Spradling, 42, 716 Buckeye Ave., Apt. C, was arrested on an active warrant out of Miami County.

-1:59 a.m.: felonious assault. Jonathan Sanders, 27, 629 N. West Ave., was arrested for the assualt of Randy Cathcart, 52, 333 N. West Ave.

-12:47 a.m.: criminal damaging. Janessa Stewart, 30, 113 N. Highland Ave., Apt. 2F, reported damage to a window screen and glass window pane at her residence.

WEDNESDAY

-10:17 p.m.: telephone harassment. Gabriella Zwiebel, 23, 1201 Hilltop Ave., Apt. A, reported an unknown male called and threatened her.

-5:22 p.m.: theft. Holly Carpenter, 40, 519 N. Main St., reported her credit card number was stolen and used in California.

-6:43 a.m.: criminal damaging. Jeramy Risdon, 37, 629 N. West Ave., reported damage to his truck tire.

TUESDAY

-1:27 p.m.: criminal stimulation. Marathon on East North Street reported someone came into the store and tried to pass a counterfeit $10 bill. The cashier did not accept the bill and gave it back to the suspect.

MONDAY

-12:56 p.m.: criminal simulation. Dollar General on West Court Street reported someone use a counterfeit $50 to make a purchase.

Accidents

Janice Lynn, 71, 228 Brookburn St., was cited with operation of vehicle at stop sign after an accident on Wednesday at 8:41 p.m.

Lynn was stopped at a stop sign on Brooklyn Avenue facing northbound and when attempting to turn left onto state Route 47 was hit by another vehicle traveling eastbound on state Route 47.

The driver of the other vehicle was Cathleen Welch, 42, 812 Park St., Apt A.

• Cassandra Suttles, 18, 1051 N. Main St., was cited with leaving the scene of an accident after a hit/skip accident on Monday at 8:03 p.m.

Suttles was in the Walmart parking lot on Michigan Street when she hit another vehicle parked behind her as she backed up. She then left the scene and the driver of the other vehicle obtained Suttles’ licence plate number. When police questioned Suttles, she said she left the scene because she was “freaked out” because her insurance is so high due to previous accidents.

The driver of the other vehicle was Chase Lorenzo, 18, 1224 E. Hoewisher Road.

THURSDAY

-4:49 a.m.: fire. Crews responded on the report of a carbon monoxide investigation.

-12:56 a.m. to 12:48 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

WEDNESDAY

-8:41 to 10:07 p.m.: medical. Medics reponded to two automobile accidents.

-11:12 a.m.: fire. Crews responded on the report of an odor investigation.

-9 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 11 calls.
