Sidney City School Board

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet on Monday, Dec. 19, at 6 p.m. in the board of education office.

The board will discuss the board/administration scholarship fund. They will go over the treasurer’s report and accept donations. The superintendent will go over his report, which will include the accepting of several resignations, and hiring of personnel. They will set the 2017-18 school calendar, and hear a legislative report. The board will also hold an executive session.

Sidney City Planning Commission

SIDNEY — The Sidney City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, Dec. 19, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.

The board will consider the request of TCFC Investments for a revision to the Plum Ridge Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan to alter building plans for two lots at the cul-de-sac Terminus of Summer Field Trail; the request of Zaremba Group, on behalf of Wen C. Hsiang, for the replat of one lot to create two new lots and the dedication of right-of-way at 2489 Michigan St. in the community business district; and the request of Zaremba Group, on behalf of Storage Express Holdings, for the replat of two lots to create one new lot at 2471 Michigan St. in the community business district.

Fort Loramie Board of Education

FORT LORAMIE — The Fort Loramie Board of Education will meet in regular session at 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 19, in the media center.

The board will consider various personnel matters, a fifth-grade field trip to Greenfield Village, Michigan, and a date for the annual organization meeting.

Hardin-Houston Board of Education

HOUSTON — The Hardin-Houston Board of Education will meet Monday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. in the media center at the school.

The board will approve monthly financial reports and expenditures for November 2016. They will also address personnel issues.

Jackson Center Board of Education

JACKSON CENTER — The Jackson Center Board of Education will meet on Monday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m.

The board will accept donations, and approve a field trip. They will hold an executive session to consider the employment of several employees, then they will approve the new hires. They will get an update on the building project, and hear reports from various offiicials.

New Knoxville Board of Education

NEW KNOXVILLE — The New Knoxville Board of Education will meet Monday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. in the media center at the school.

Reports will be given by the New Knoxville Education Association, superintendent and principals. The board will consider the employment of people to work the scoreboard, be ticket takers and assist with junior high track. The will also set the date for the January organizational meeting and accept a bus bid from Cardinal Bus Sales & Service.

Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health

SIDNEY — The Sidney-Shelby County Board of Helath will meet, Wednesday, Dec. 21, at 7 p.m., in the Health Department conference room, 202 W. Poplar St.

The board will consider revised 2016 and 2017 budgets, the 2017 meeting schedule, the 2017 Solid Waste Clean-Up Day, a reappointment of Roger McCampbell to the Sewage Treatment System Appeals Board, a condemnation order and agreements with the Shelby County Department of Job and Family Services and the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission.
