Police log

TUESDAY

-1:54 p.m.: theft. Nicole Bonnoront, 34, 318 Thompson St., reported someone entered her vehicle and stole 15 payroll stubs.

-1:42 a.m.: theft. Amanda Gibboney, 46, 121 W. Poplar St., Apt. 310, reported the theft of pair of Converse shoes that was delivered to her front door area.

-12:20 p.m.: warrant. Felicia Skeens, 24, at large, was arrested on a warrant.

-12:09 p.m.: found property. A DGL black and orange drone was found in the 700 block of East Court Street and was turned into the police department.

-11:41 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Kelly Copeland Sr., 38, 311 N. Walnut Ave., reported his credit card numbers were used online without his permission.

-10:03 a.m.: breaking and entering. Bubbles Laundromat on Bowman Drive reported someone entered the business sometime between Dec. 25 and Dec. 27 and damaged the coin change machine.

Crashes

Maggie Strunk, 39, 2805 Wapakoneta Ave., Lot 10, was cited for operation without reasonable control after a crash on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

Strunk was traveling eastbound in the parking lot of 2009 Michigan St. when she struck a concrete base.

Strunk told police she was driving 10 miles per hour and would not have hit the base if the light pole was still attached.

Strunk and two of her juvenile passengers were evaluated by Sidney Fire. Strunk’s daughter was in the front seat and hit her head on the windshield and her niece was in the back seat and hit her head on the seat in front of her.

The vehicle sustained extensive front-end damage.

• Elsie Stephens, 83, of Troy, was cited with right of way after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 12:33 p.m.

Stephens was turning northwest into the parking lot of Applebee’s on North Vandemark Road, failed to see the southbound vehicle on Vandemark Road driven by Kirit Patel, 70, 2601 TomaHawk Court, and turned into Patel’s pathway causing a collision.

• Russell Hill, 41, 330 Second Ave., was cited with failure to yield at private drive after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 3:24 p.m.

Hill was facing south and attempting to turn east out of the parking lot of Aldi on Michigan Street when he was hit by the westbound vehicle on Michigan Street driven by Lynn Wolters, 32, of Chickasaw.

Fire, rescue

WEDNESDAY

-3:37 a.m.: fire. Firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation.

-12:54 a.m. to 12:36 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.

TUESDAY

-6:37 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to possible fire at 627 N. West St. There had been a small fire on the outside that was out on arrival.

-12:32 a.m. to 7:07 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.
