SIDNEY — Jennifer and Joshua Koltak, of Sidney, have announced the birth of a son, Cooper Joseph Koltak, born Dec. 9, 2016, at 1:26 a.m. in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health.

He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his sisters, Cora, 7, and Cami, 2.

His maternal grandparents are Pam and Dan King, of Botkins. His paternal grandparents are Jeannie Myers, of Hilliard, and Diane and Ron Koltak, of Upper Arlington.

His great-grandparents are Marie King and Viola and Bob Fogt, all of Botkins.

His mother is the former Jennifer King.
