-12:19 a.m.: offenses involving underage persons. Rylee Miller, 19, 306 N. Miami Ave., Apt. B, was arrested for offenses involving underage persons.

MONDAY

-10:47 a.m.: contempt. Samantha Eisenbraun, 23, 2442 Aldrin Drive, were arrested on a warrant.

SUNDAY

-10:09 a.m.: criminal mischief. Sean Rank, 31, 702 McKinnley Ave., reported someone put ketchup and mustard on the vehicles at his residence.

-9:38 p.m.: theft. Bob Evans on Michigan Street reported an envelope containing $1,393.18 was taken from the manager’s office.

SATURDAY

-2:14 p.m.: theft. Randall Hammer, 52, 4662 Hardin Wapak Road, was arrested for theft after Hibbett Sport on Michigan Street reported the theft of $310.95 worth of merchandise and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet on Michigan Street reported the theft of $39.96 in merchandise.

-9:28 a.m.: criminal trespass. Sarah Finfrock, 33, 221 E. Water St., was arrested for criminal trespass and resisting arrest after she reported that someone she knows took $140 from her during the night. Finfrock was arrested when she refused to leave the property.

FRIDAY

-8:29 to 8:32 p.m.: warrant. Kevin Smith, 41, and Sherry Smith, 29, both of 614 Michigan St., were arrested on active warrants.

-9:12 p.m.: theft. City Carry Out on North Ohio Avenue reported someone took a 40 ounce container of Magnum beer.

Crashes

Morgan Suttles, 21, 335 Apollo St., was cited with stop sign after a two-vehicle collision on Sunday at 8:24 a.m.

Suttles was stopped at the stop sign facing west on Lunar Street at North Main Avenue, then attempted to travel forward and struck another vehicle turning left onto Lunar Road from North Main Avenue.

The other vehicle was driven by Michael Gochy, 27, 626 Buckeye Ave.

• Xavion Strunk, 17, 608 Brooklyn Ave., was cited with failure to control after a crash on Saturday at 4:45 p.m.

Strunk was traveling southbound on Chestnut Avenue and attempting to turn left onto Cherry Street when he slid to the right side of the roadway, struck and knocked down a street sign on the southeast corner.

• Christy Page, 31, 220 E. Clay St., was cited for failure to control after a crash on Friday at 9 p.m.

Page was traveling westbound on state Route 29 when she lost control of the vehicle, went off the north side of the roadway, struck a tree and then left the scene.

• Luke Cantrell, 16, 10963 Millcreek Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 7:16 p.m.

Cantrell was traveling eastbound on Arrowhead Drive when he slid on the icy roadway and struck the left rear of the vehicle in front of him that was turning into the drive of 729 Arrowhead Drive.

The driver of the other vehicle was Charles Carpenter, 47, 809 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. I.

• Dwayne Valentine, 37, 2202 Broadway Ave., was cited with starting and backing a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 12:02 p.m.

Valentine was backing out of a parking spot on West Poplar Street when he struck the vehicle driven by Sheila Smith, 46, 519 N. Main Ave., stopped at the red light on Poplar Street at West Avenue.

• Bruce Adamson, 62, of Troy, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle collision on Friday at 7:58 a.m.

Adamson was traveling northbound on South Vandemark Road when he struck the rear of another vehicle stopped at the intersection of South Vandemark Road at Fair Road waiting to turn eastbound.

The driver of the other vehicle was Gary Pitts, 65, of Piqua.

• Natasha Aguilar-Martinez, 28, 1542 Spruce Ave., was cited with improper passing on the left after a two-vehicle collision on Thursday at 2:34 p.m.

Aguilar-Martinez was traveling southbound on Fairmont Street behind another vehicle that was slowing down and caused a collision when tried she to pass on the left as the vehicle in front was attempting to turn left into the drive of 1142 Fairmont St.

The other vehicle was driven by Terra Richardson, 31, 1542 Rauth St.

Aguilar-Martinez said she thought Richardson was attempting park because she had moved to the right. Richardson admitted she got over to look at an address but had not stopped.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-6:17 to 10:55 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to two fire alarms. One was accidental and the other was caused from a system malfunction.

-2:17 a.m. to 1:18 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

MONDAY

-5:54 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to a smoke problem caused by an electrical issue.

-12:49 a.m. to 10:25 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls. One was cancelled.

SUNDAY

-10:41 a.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters were dispatched to 519 N. Ohio Ave., on a report of smoke in the residence. The smoke was due to the chimney being started for the first time.

-12:05 a.m. to 10:32 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on five calls.

SATURDAY

-1:41 a.m. to 8:56 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on seven calls.

FRIDAY

-6:20 to 8:21 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on two calls.

-5:54 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters were dispatched on a carbon monoxide investigation.

-4:26 p.m.: fire investigation. Mutual aid and a fire investigation was provided for Fort Loramie Fire Department.

-2:11 to 2:24 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on two calls.
