Sidney Police Chief Will Balling, left, and Sidney firefighter Lt. Jason Truesdale, prepare to race their cars at a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby at St. Paul’s Church Saturday, Jan. 14. Balling made his car to look like a Sidney police cruiser while Truesdale made his look like a donut. The donut car won the race. The two men also helped judge the Cub Scout race with Sidney Mayor Mike Barhorst.
