TUESDAY

-1:06 a.m.: physical control of vehicle under the influence. Jose Munoz, 51, Anna, was arrested for physical control of vehicle under influence.

MONDAY

-11:29 p.m.: criminal trespass. Jessica Nafzger, 37, 329 S. Miami Ave., was arrested for criminal trespass after Robert Johnson, 38, 311 N. Walnut Ave., reported a trespassing and the theft of $20 at his residence.

-8:07 p.m.: burglary. Cheryl Logan, 57, 1030 Apple Bottom Lane, reported someone came into her home and stole an LG TV, a blue duffel bag and clothing.

-3:24 p.m.: theft. Michelle Jackson, 38, 619 St. Marys Ave., reported the theft of a PlayStation 4 game console and wireless remote from her home.

-2:03 p.m.: probation violation. Nola Williams, 56, 719 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. A, was arrested for a probation violation.

-1:54 a.m.: driving under the influence. Jodi Greve, 34, Anna, was arrested for OVI.

SUNDAY

-9:56 p.m.: domestic violence. Nancy Conaster, 44, 136 Twinbrook Place, was arrested for domestic violence.

-4:12 p.m.: criminal damaging. Larry Berry, 68, 621 Broadway Ave., reported a vehicle’s windshield was damaged at the residence.

-3 p.m.: theft. Fricker’s on Michigan Street reported someone left the restaurant without paying for their meal.

-12:17 a.m.: contempt. Stephanie Fulks, 38, at large, was arrested on two warrants.

SATURDAY

-9:50 p.m.: breaking and entering. Richard Eaton, 55, 315 Washington St., reported a male had entered his vacant house and took a Black and Decker hammer drill, valued at $15. The drill was later recovered.

-1:53 p.m.: theft. Mark McClain, 73, 1148 Hilltop Ave., reported the theft of $400 from his home.

-7:57 a.m.: theft. Julius Kender, 62, 409 Michigan St., reported the theft of a money order in the amount of $415 from his home.

FRIDAY

-3:34 p.m.: burglary. Brenda Wellbaum, 59, 134 Pike St., reported a burglary and the theft of two EpiPen medicine injectors.

-12:32 p.m.: warrant. Brittany Lemaster, 26, at large, was arrested on a warrant.

-9:02 a.m.: theft. Brittni Stotler, 25, 646 Marilyn Drive, reported the theft of her paycheck in the amount of $315 in cash.

-8:31 a.m.: warrant. Hannah Frieszell, 23, Chesapeake, was arrested on a warrant.

Crashes

Mikell Stephens, 21, 136 Pike St., was cited with passing to the right after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 7:22 p.m.

Stephens was traveling westbound on Michigan Street and as he attempted to pass on the right struck the front passenger’s side corner of another vehicle in front of Stephens that was slowing to make a right hand turn into the parking lot of J and J Motorsports on Michigan Street. The other vehicle was driven by Scott Redinbo, 43, 627 Second Ave.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 5:42 p.m.

Jamie Hovestreydt, 25, Sidney, told police she was traveling westbound on state Route 47 at Interstate 75 when another vehicle traveling westbound swerved into her lane of travel and caused her to rear-end the other vehicle. Hovestreydt said the other vehicle didn’t leave enough room for her to stop when he swerved into her lane. The other vehicle driven by Donald Elswick, 42, 824 Riverside Drive, said he was traveling behind Hovestreydt and she stopped in the road just prior to I75. He said in order to avoid hitting her vehicle, he went around her on the left side, came back into the lane and stopped in front of her due to traffic. He said then he was struck in the rear by Hovestreydt’s vehicle. Hovestrydt admitted to police flipping off and break-checking Elswick before he drove around her because he blew his horn when she stopped in front of him.

• No one was cited following a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 12:34 p.m.

Joseph Snider, 47, of New Bremen, was traveling northbound in the right lane on South Vandemark Road. According to the police report, Snider said another vehicle struck the rear of his vehicle with its mirror. He told police that he did not leave his his lane of travel. The other vehicle driven by Michael Fain, 59, 236 Jefferson St., Apt 1, was traveling northbound in the left lane. Fain told police as Snider was attempting to make a left hand turn into a private drive on South Vandemark Road he swung the rear of the vehicle wide and struck his vehicle.

Fire, rescue

TUESDAY

-1:07 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call. Services were not needed upon arrival.

MONDAY

-9:19 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to 260 S. Stolle Ave. to follow up after a small fire.

-10:55 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 456 S. Stolle Ave. on the report of a fire in a machine.

-5 a.m. to 5:22 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.

SUNDAY

-1:42 to 11:27 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to seven calls.

-12:58 a.m.: fire. Firefighters responded to a confirm a false fire alarm.
