SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department will begin the replacement of a large concrete culvert on Colby Road on Wednesday, March 22, according to County Engineer Bob Geuy.

Colby Road will be closed to traffic between Miami-Shelby West Road and Fessler-Buxton Road beginning Wednesday. The culvert replacement project will take approximately two weeks to complete.
