TUESDAY

-6:54 p.m.: theft. Jason Dotson, 29, 430 E. Russell Road, was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $44.57 in merchandise.

-6:48 p.m.: burglary. Brenda Wellbaum, 59, 134 Pike St., reported someone came into her home.

-5:34 p.m.: identity theft. Jennifer Davis, 22, 622 N. Ohio Ave., reported someone stole her debit card number and used her account to make unauthorized purchases.

-4:12 p.m.: possession of drugs. April Radcliff, 36, at large, and Billy Cox, 37, 1961 Lindsey Road, were arrested for possessing drugs and possessing criminal tools. Radcliff was also arrested on a contempt warrant.

-2:19 p.m.: burglary. Lowell Jess, 84, 632 Folkerth Ave., Lot 1, reported someone entered his residence without permission.

-10:08 a.m.: lost property. Sarah Knasel, 68, 13765 Ft. Loramie Swanders Road, reported she lost her checkbook at 2250 Michigan St.

-10:01 a.m.: theft. Steven Hilleary Jr., 31, 612 N. Main Ave., reported the theft of a Boss stereo from a vehicle at his residence.

MONDAY

-6:17 p.m.: criminal simulation. Phillip Henderson, 32, 230 Jefferson St., paid for items at the City Carryout on North Ohio Avenue with a counterfeit $20 bill but said he did not know where the bill came from.

-3:03 p.m.: theft. Maritza Quezada, 22, 2485 Alpine Court, reported the theft of $150.

WEDNESDAY

-6:20 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to a call.

-12:50 a.m.: fire. Firefighters conducted an investigation of an extinguished fire.

TUESDAY

-8:39 to 10:56 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.
